Yoga is an ancient Indian discipline that integrates the body, mind, and spirit through physical postures (āsanas), breathing techniques (prāṇāyāma), meditation (dhyāna), and ethical principles

2

History

Rooted in Vedic philosophy, yoga is more than just exercise—it is a path to holistic well-being

and self-realization. The practice helps balance physical health, mental clarity, emotional

stability, and spiritual awareness.

Yama (ethical discipline), Niyama (self-discipline), Asana(posture), Pranayama (breath control), Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses), Dharana(concentration), Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (state of absorption). These eight limbs collectively aim to cultivate inner peace and harmony, guiding individuals

toward a purposeful and conscious life
