Dr. Subha P. Sasidharan is a fourth-generation Ayurveda doctor from Cheruvayil, with a rich legacy in traditional medicine. After graduating from Alva's Ayurveda Medical College in 2005,she has accumulated 20 years of experience, both domestically and abroad. Her expertise includes treating gynecological issues, skin diseases, asthma, and allergic problems.

Dr. Smitha Subhram is a Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and ICF-certified coach with 20+ years of experience. Do’s

Towels for post-therapy bath and accessories will be provided at the centre.

Treatments are administered by qualified male and female therapists under the close supervision of expert Ayurvedic doctors.

Inform the doctor of any ongoing treatments, chronic illnesses, allergies, or specific health conditions to enable them to tailor therapies appropriately and avoid contraindications.

Therapies for pregnant ladies shall be strictly under Dr’s discretion.
Don’ts

Avoid wearing jewelry or carrying valuables to the therapy area.

Do not engage in strenuous physical activity, heavy work, or exposure to direct sunlight immediately after therapy.

Refrain from bathing or wetting the body for a few hours post-treatment to allow the oils and herbs to work effectively.

Do not consume heavy meals or stimulants shortly before or after your therapy session.

Alcohol consumption and smoking shall be strictly prohibited in the center.

Therapy shall be starting form 9:00 AM and ends by 7 PM
