Padabhyanga (Foot Massage)

Kizhi
Duration: 60 min
A therapeutic treatment where a poultice (bolus) made from medicated herbal powders is tied in a cotton cloth, warmed in medicated oil, and then gently massaged over the body below the neck. The therapy is named after the type of poultice used.

It beautifully combines the benefits of Snehana (oleation) and Swedana (sudation or therapeutic sweating).

Shirodhara

Vasthi
Duration : 30 min
Ayurveda enema therapy, also known as "Basti" in Sanskrit, is one among and main Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatment that involves introducing herbal decoctions, oils, or other substances into the rectum through the anus. The goal is to promote overall health, balance the body's energies (doshas), and treat various health conditions.
There are two main types of Basti:
1. Niruhabasti (medicated decoction enema): Uses herbal decoctions or medicated liquids.
2. Snehabasti (oil enema): Uses medicated oils or ghee.

External Vasti

Often prescribed as part of a course of treatments (7–14 days) depending on the condition.
Duration: Typically lasts 30–45 minutes per session.
Kativasthi : This treatment Is done over the lumbar-sacral region (lower back). This therapy is primarily used to address conditions related to the spine, lower back, and nerves.
Janu Vasthi : Applied to the knees, this therapy is highly effective in reducing inflammation and alleviating arthritis symptoms.
Greeva Vasthi : Focused on the cervical region, it provides relief from spondylitis and disc-related problems in the neck.
Hrid Vasthi : Targeting the chest area, this therapy is beneficial for heart-related issues.
