Supriya Chellappan is the founder of Pranalaya Good Earth Wellness , born from her personal journey of healing and holistic care. During the COVID period, she dedicated herself to restoring her mother’s health through personalized nutrition, Ayurveda, meditation, and natural therapies after conventional treatments showed limited progress. Witnessing a remarkable recovery inspired her to explore the deeper benefits of Ayurveda and naturopathy. Guided by compassion and practical experience, Supriya created Pranalaya to offer holistic wellness programs focused on balance, prevention, and natural healing for a healthier, more conscious way of living.
